Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: High-volume periods or seasonal holidays may occasionally cause slight delays in processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.99 across the United States. For orders below $99.99, a flat shipping fee will apply.

Orders $99.99 and up: FREE Shipping — Estimated delivery time: 4–14 business days (depending on the product model).
- Orders under $99.99: $12.00 Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days.
Note: Because we source our Core and Pro models from different specialized fulfillment centers to maintain the best quality, orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's portal.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Backvibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at backvibe2026@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number for faster assistance.
